Thumbs down graphic, would not recommend

Since I purchased the item, it has never held in air properly. Also, on the box and within the instructions it notifies you of a minimal to maximum weight limit. And that is incorrect. My wife is unable to float on it and she is within the limits listed. Quite frankly, a horrible item and I should have listened to the other bad review.
