This product can be used with any MagSafe case made for iPhone 12's and newer models (including Pro, Plus and Pro Max). And now, each PopSocket MagSafe Grip includes an adapter ring to give any phone without MagSafe capabilities (i.e. Android/Pixel/Samsung/legacy iPhone case (or any non-MagSafe case) the ability to use magnetic phone accessories. Apply the adapter ring the outside/back of your case to enable magnetic grip technology. Works on MOST cell phone cases - NOT compatible with silicone, textured or anti-fingerprint coated cases. A: Hi Tep, the MagSafe PopGrip works only with MagSafe phones/cases or with the use of a Magnetic Adapter Ring. Yes the PopGrip will fit in our Mounts.

Q: Does the magnet have to go on the outside of the phone case? I have a super thin (0.6mm) case that I'd like to mount the magnet inside of.

A: We suggest the Magnetic Adapter Ring be adhered to the outside of the case.

Q: I received this as a gift for my birthday but mine didn't come with a MagSafe Sticker to make a case MagSafe compatible. Are they no longer including these? My target store would not accept my return

I had the original one for about a year before it ended up coming apart and was skeptical that this new form factor would suit my needs. I'm two months in, so far it's great upgrade and reduces significant amount of bulk from the previous version. It pops off less often (since it doesn't have the long piece for orientation) with the same secure hold. I hope it'll out perform in terms of durability – but time will tell.

It’s hard to find a place to affix the holder on our cars. I succeeded and am glad to have it. My husband doesn’t like the popup on his phone, nor does he want the holder in his car, so the gift was a bust for him, but one of us is happy.

Different than the old version. This one is trash. It broke in less than two months. The old one/style lasted one year. Do not recommend.

To swap a PopGrip, simply close the grip flat, press down on the top, and twist it 90 degrees to remove the PopTop, then line up and attach a new PopTop by pushing down and twisting 90 degrees again; our PopGrips have swappable tops, allowing you to change the style or design whenever you want. The fact that it can be easily removed and reapplied to your phone is such a great idea! It is super sturdy and not to mention, very minimal so your phone can still fit in your pocket or other slim spots. It is very durable and the magnet on it is very strong. I would highly recommend this!

Bought this for my new Kindle. It's the new style of Popsockets where the entire plunger twists off instead of just the top. They're much more secure in that way, because it's only swappable when depressed and twisted with a little force. The magsafe steel ring that they supply works perfect on the kindle without a case. It's sooo thin, but the magnet is very strong so it sticks well. My only complaint is that these new plungers are sooo shallow that I can barely get my fingers behind the grip. I contacted PopSocket and they don't have any plans to make deeper ones, but this is the biggest complaint me and others have on Tiktok.
