I ordered this dolls based on color and hair texture. I was sent a completely different doll. I don't think the issue is the product. Rather the accuracy of who packs and ships the product. I'll try and again to get the right doll.

Online this doll looks like it has dark skin and brown hair so I bought it and had it sent to my granddaughter who is Latina. Although she likes it, she could not see the resemblance in her that I had hoped because the doll has red hair! The texture of the hair is nice and curly but the color is all wrong. The skin is also a fairly dark brown. I am glad you are carrying more dolls in a range of skin tones. I hope that range expands both with skin tones and hair color and textures. Thank you.

She was able to comb its hair but it didn’t come with any accessories. She didn’t like that she couldn’t change the clothes on the doll. It was a cute doll however it was very simple.

The dolls are 14 inches tall and are very well made. The hair is washable and can be styled and brushed by my toddler. They are also super soft and huggable. This doll has not left my toddler's side since it arrived and sleeps next to her each night. I can't recommend it enough.
