This is a very pretty lamp but I would describe it as cement - not sandstone - colored with an off-white overlay. It's overall look is a lighter gray. This would be helpful for those shopping for a specific look without seeing the lamp in person.

Quality of lamp base and shade is 10/10. Lamp base is textured with cream and grey shades which goes perfectly in our bedroom. I bought 2 and we love them!
