A: Hi - yes, the 15-inches measurement includes the downrod and all that you see. The fixture is 15-inches high from the ceiling to the bottom of the frame-base.

Nice quality. True to description. I was worried about the size in a large, long, tall entryway, but it was big enough to fill the space. Combination of bronze metal on the interior and the outside metal appearing more black in color, but it works! Great modern/ farmhouse look. Use chandelier bulbs in it as shown. Well priced.

If you are looking for a cage fixture you will love this one! Please read the description carefully! I went by the pics, didn’t even pay attention to the description of “bronze and gold”. I was expecting a black and gold fixture based off the pics -not what I received. I wouldn’t even call it bronze, either! It’s more of an espresso-it’s dark chocolate brown-definitely not bronze. But the color isn’t a show-stopper -it’s still a keeper…I’ll just have my contractor paint it a bold matte black. That will make it look much more modern!
