Q: Can you connect these earphones to a desktop work phone, and talk to clients through these earphones? My desktop phone has an outlet for a USB receiver. I’m highly interested in purchasing these earphones. Thank you!

A: As long as the device has Bluetooth you should be able to connect them. I’ve connected them to my watch, laptop, phone.

Unless your desktop work phone supports bluetooth connections, these earbuds won't pair with it. DO NOT BUY THIS PRODUCT!!! Three months after purchase they started leaking battery acid. I sent them in for repair. Apple wants $250 to repair and not even apple care will cover it. This product is a literal health hazard that Apple will not acknowledge.

This is my second set of these headphones and again, the left one does not charge. It is a known issue and has been for years at this point. I thought it would have been corrected but Apple does nothing to correct the issue.

Button on side gets stuck so it keeps hanging up on people and doesn't let songs play through, Siri is always popping up because of the button:

I would not know haven’t received them yet they made a big boo boo delivered to my home left outside got stolen and they didn’t contact me so on the d low they realized their mistake reorder them and sent the to the right place the pick access point which is already in my account to do! Anyway even though they lied to my face this one young one told me the truth and I believe her because that made sense
