Each Premier Protein Shakes contains 30 grams of protein, complete with all of the essential amino acids, 1g sugar, 4g carbs, 160 calories, 24 vitamins & minerals, and is also low in fat. We use proprietary blend of milk protein, casein and whey protein in our shakes to help fuel muscles quickly and for several hours to help support your goals. A: Typically they are merchandised in the Sports Nutrition section near the Pharmacy at most stores. Work with a store asscociate if you are still having trouble locating them in store.

I buy this brand regularly, but the latte flavor is my favorite. This is a great meal replacement or supplement. It has only 1g sugar, 5g carbohydrates and 2g fiber. It’s only 160 cal but provides 30g of protein, plus extra vitamins. It doesn’t taste like some of those other protein powders and shakes, as this brand actually tastes good. It satisfies cravings and is a painless swap for calorie reduction and better nutrition. I started buying this after surgery when I had trouble eating or drinking anything. I have continued to use this product even though I’m back on a full diet, because it’s delicious.

Like this a lot. I drank one every morning while fasting during Ramadan. It helped with the typical caffeine withdrawal headaches and kept me feeling fuller longer. It is also very versatile, so you can use it to make different shake flavors. The price is pretty expensive, though, but that is everywhere.

Do yourself a favor and just buy Atkins vanilla latte, which also has only 1 gm sugar. Premier Protein cafe latte tastes/smells a little skunky. And the flavor is too sweet for my tastes, plus watery.

Taste is actually horrendous. I tried adding it to my coffee and it ruined it. Then tried it by itself and it just tastes so gross. I had high hopes as I had read some good reviews but then also mixed ones saying they changed the recipe? Whatever happened, all I know is that it tastes awful now.

I'll begin by saying that generally I really like these protein shakes and often enjoy them over ice or even heated in the microwave in place of my morning coffee. I've bought dozens of them elsewhere, but this was my first time buying them from Target. I just shook one, opened it up (room temp), and it was literally sludge. I shook it again, a lot, and same thing. I thought maybe there was just some stuff settled on the top, so I stuck a utensil into it and nope - the entire bottle was sludge. As you can see in the photo, the expiration date is January 2025 so, that's not the issue. Yikes.

My Ratings of the different ones I've tried: 1. Chocolate: Good everyday protein drink. 2. Cake Batter: This one may be tied for first! It's delicious and gets rid of my sweet tooth craving. (I'm not even a cake person, so was surpsied on how much I liked this one.) 3. Vanilla: Plain, but a good flavor for a protein drink. 4. Chocolate Peanut Butter: Good taste. 5. Cafe Latte: It's good, but not a flavor I'd want to drink everyday. 6. Caramel: I'm normally a big fan of caramel, but it honestly wasn't my favorite. I'd drink it if it were the only thing available, but not a flavor I would buy if others were available. 7. Cookies & Cream: STAY AWAY! Cookies & Cream ice cream is my fav, so I figured I would love this flavor. WRONG! I couldn't even get myself to take more than a few sips. Absolutely disgusting!
