tastes pretty good. I usually have it with espresso to make a latte. If i dont have it that way I will drink it straight up and its good that way too. Overall, I'd say given what it is (highly processed protein), its good all in all in terms of calories, protein, and fiber.

Let me just say I have very sensitive taste buds and can't drink even diet sodas but I crave this every day. Thank you thank you thank you it helps me stay fit and full for hours and if you haven't tried from your protein, today's the day you need to try it I promise you you will not be disappointed

My Ratings of the different ones I've tried: 1. Chocolate: Good everyday protein drink. 2. Cake Batter: This one may be tied for first! It's delicious and gets rid of my sweet tooth craving. (I'm not even a cake person, so was surpsied on how much I liked this one.) 3. Vanilla: Plain, but a good flavor for a protein drink. 4. Chocolate Peanut Butter: Good taste. 5. Cafe Latte: It's good, but not a flavor I'd want to drink everyday. 6. Caramel: I'm normally a big fan of caramel, but it honestly wasn't my favorite. I'd drink it if it were the only thing available, but not a flavor I would buy if others were available. 7. Cookies & Cream: STAY AWAY! Cookies & Cream ice cream is my fav, so I figured I would love this flavor. WRONG! I couldn't even get myself to take more than a few sips. Absolutely disgusting!

Due to serious GI health problems I depend on the shakes to help provide me with nutrition and protein, however, over the least 4-mos the vanilla are lumpy with clumps regardless how vigorously or long I shake it.
