These are the best cotton pads for makeup removal, toner application, you name it! They are a perfect size, not too small like the round ones, and they don't pill or get fuzz all over your face like some other brands. One of my favorite Target brand products!

These are a great size but do leave fuzzy pieces behind.

I’ve been using these for years and used to love them, but the quality has dropped tremendously. The latest pack I purchased feels much cheaper, with hard, small cotton balls embedded in the pads. Instead of being soft and gentle, they scratched my face while removing makeup—horrible! I won’t be repurchasing.

These ones are way better than the cheaper ones that come with more. They don’t pull apart or peel.

I've been buying these for years because of how soft they are. I recently stocked up on these (December 2024) and was so disappointed when I used them. They are no longer soft. They're scratchy and rough on the skin. I thought maybe I had grabbed the regular quality by mistake, nope, it's the "premium" quality. It's so disappointing to see how drastically the quality has changed. I can't use these to remove my makeup anymore, they're way too rough. I will be returning the rest and looking for new cotton rounds. I do not recommend to anyone.

They used to be softer. They irritate my skin now.

These little pads are very durable. I use them for facial cleansing. They always get the job done.

The cotton ovals fall apart too easily, and the little fluff gets stuck in my eyelashes (and eventually in my eyes) almost every time. The quality on these has definitely decreased over the past few years. :/

We buy these cotton pads almost ever month and we love it, it’s been a stable in my husband and I facial routine. We use this with witch hazel and it works perfectly with getting the gunk out of our face. The pads at times at imperfection on the pads but overall it’s been fine for us.

Great quality. No pulling of the Cotten and stays together even when wet. Great to use with makeup nail polish remover. Larger Cotten swap definitely better than smaller rounds for basic use.

My go-to product for removing makeup and keeping my face clean. So gentle but thorough. I stock up on packs at a time. This + rose water micellar water is chef’s kiss 🤌🏼

Worked great but a little pricey

They had these little brown worms in the package. I haven't bought them since. I was using these for years but that was absolutely disgusting!

Love these cotton rounds, high quality

There are many wonderful uses for these cotton ovals. I use them in a medical capacity as well as a cosmetic one.

I like these super good quality they don’t rip or leave any lint behind!

These were good at one time but recently, they fall apart as I'm removing them from the pacakage and moreso when I use them to remove my makeup with a bit of micellar water.
