Q: can these be crushed? I am so bad at taking pills and the gummies make me so sick. I need something I can crush.
A: AJ1997 - Thank You for your question. Yes. For pregnant women who have difficulty swallowing tablets, just take a prenatal supplement that has been halved or crushed.
