Nice salad spinner, but the collapsible part comes off the hard plastic part with too much use.

Easy to use and store. Can be used with fruits or vegetables.

Hard to open, but very easy to close. Folds flat. Love that it doesn’t use much space in the cupboard.

It grew mold and the ridges inside started peeling.

This is definitely the way to go. I had one of the old ones that had the motor that stuck down in the bowl and got in the way where you couldn't load that much lettuce in it. The old type wouldn't fit into a produce drawer in your refrigerator. This one is collapsible so that you can store it when not in use just like you'd store a bowl. And it will just fit in my produce drawer which is exactly where it belongs. I actually like the hand crank. You can fit the whole head of lettuce in there if you cut it up and three or four pieces because there's no part of the spinner down in the bowl. I did not find it hard to collapse and uncollapse. Much easier than trying to find a space for the old one that didn't fit anywhere and it is now in the trash.

Exactly What I Wanted And Needed Does The Job And Then Some And Space Saver!

My daughter loves to help me dry the veggies...this is great and compact.

It said dishwasher safe but warped after the first wash on the top track. I tried to gently press out the warp and it worked enough for it to spin in the bowl, but then as I was using it to dry lettuce, the knob popped off the spinning mechanism. Do not buy!

A pretty nice salad spinner. It is very sturdy but also collapses easily. sometimes difficult to get up from collapsed but not terrible.

Works well. Would like it even more if I could use it for smaller items like bean sprouts, Thai chilies, basil, mint, etc

So far I’m very happy with this salad spinner. It works great. I just wonder how long it will last based on the way it’s made & you compress it for storage. So far, so good, especially for the price!
