The serum was fine. I think. It’s hard to say because I feel I barely got to try it. I received my order mid February. I used a pea sized amount 1-4X a week. And it’s run out. It’s not the end of April. Not only that, due to the bottle type, it is impossible to scrape any remaining product out of it easily. It claims 1 fluid ounce, but I seriously doubt that. I’m using a product from Inky List that is also 1 fluid oz, (using it twice as often, and even accidentally squirted a huge amount three times by accident) and it’s still going strong. Honestly I’m really, really disappointed. I love Dr Ellis, and she seems like an honest and genuine person that would want to know about subpar products in her name. I won’t be repurchasing.

I like this serum. It doesn't leave my face shiny and greasy and it seems to control redness quite well.

Mid-20s, dry, acne-prone skin (FP type III), using tretinoin. I am currently on my third bottle of this serum and I plan on continuing to buy it. My skin tends to be sensitive and gets red around my nose and cheeks especially on days after I use my tretinoin. I use this serum daily in the morning to calm my skin and even out my complexion. It layers well under other skincare products and I have had no issues with piling. The texture is a lightweight gel/cream so if you have dry skin like me, you will definitely need to follow it up with more moisturizing products. As someone who doesn't wear makeup, this product helps me feel more confident in my bare skin. I would recommend anyone who struggles with redness try this product out!

This is my first purchase. One pump will cover my cheeks, chin & nose which is where the constant redness is. Within moments there is significant reduction of redness. I wear lightweight tinted moisturizer to blend my other discoloration. The price is comparable with similar products that don’t seem to work as well. I will make this part of my routine.

I get redness on my cheeks, so I was hoping this product would calm that down. First off, the dispenser is nice and easy to use, but an opaque container is always frustrating because you never know how much product you have left. Anyway, I spread a layer of the product over my cheeks in the evening with high hopes to see reduced redness the next day. When I woke up the next morning, my cheeks were extremely red, the skin was kind of puffy and raised, and covered in small red bumps. It looked like I had gotten into some poison oak! It took a few days for those red bumps and the rash to go away again. Needless to say, I won't be using this product again. I do have sensitive skin, so perhaps there is an ingredient in this that causes a reaction with sensitive skin.

Really works! Saw results almost immediately. Definitely recommend!

This is an amazing product that does everything it claims.. i recently had extreme redness due to breaking a lot of capillaries in my face from vomiting (TMI?). This soothing serum calmed my face, brought hydration and color balancing to my skin and most of all just relieved to look of my angry skin

Bought 2 weeks ago to reduce redness on face, did not find it effective at all, even burned some.

I do not have rosacea, but I do tend toward redness on my chest. I thought this might help. Instead I found it drying, and it seemed to create a dull appearance to my skin.

I get little red splotches on my cheeks that aren’t bumps or acne, just irritation. I’m not sure if it’s eczema or what, but I can tell my skin barrier gets irritated sometimes. I use this when I do and it helps calm them down. Bonus points that it has a very faint but pleasant smell.

I really liked how this made my skin feel and noticed some improvement in redness but not much. Love the product but the packaging needs some improvement. It stopped pumping within the first week, I would not repurchase because of this.

I'm not sure. I can't tell if it's helping night when I put it on my rosacea skin it makes my skon so angry red.

I’ve bought two bottles in the past two months and I’m obsessed. I work outside in the elements and I have very sensitive skin. This is the only thing that will genuinely calm my skin down and get rid of that burning sensation after being outside. It takes about a few minutes for the uncomfortable feeling to go away and the redness a little longer but it definitely helps get rid of redness. I am acne prone as well and never had a break out using there products.

My face starting itching and then burning after using this product.

I have sensitive reactive skin. I starting using this product in the hopes that it will calm the constant pink I have in my skin. I have been using this product for a few weeks now and I still get shocked when I see myself in the mirror. My skin looks so much more even and less red/pink. Even when my face flushes due to anxiety, it's a lot less intense. I use this morning and night and will DEFINITELY be repurchasing!

This really surprised me because I thought it didn’t work, initially. I didn’t immediately see my redness reduce, but I continued to use it. After about a month or so it dawned on me that my face wasn’t getting beet red like it usually would when I’d get too hot or flushing from embarrassment or whatever. Then I was shocked! I have reactive skin, very prone to redness like I mentioned, and with consistent use this has seriously mitigated my redness flares. So wow! It feels very nice, I think pretty hydrating on the skin. Only need a little for my red areas, so it does last a while. Another hit in my book from Prequel!
