Most awkward book to read with my 5 year old. Definitely not appropriate. About a pretty male unicorn and the second half of the book it’s about his pretty bum
Do not get this book!

My daughter loves unicorns and cats however this book is very inappropriate for kids. The story is about a beautiful pink and purple male unicorn that appears to be perfect and his “huge heinie” and his “glorious paint bum”. The sexualization from this book made us very uncomfortable. Also, this book writes about the “perfect” unicorn and gives praise to him for being so perfect. Everyone likes him because he’s so “perfect”. This is so wrong to teach to a young crowd about striving to be perfect at such a young age and can lead to insecurity in the future. Do not recommend whatsoever!!
Such a fun story

My kids couldn't stop laughing about the funny events in this books, but yet it had a nice story about friendship which they appreciated. My eldest is on first grade and has experienced some bullying as he has had some insecurities about being bilingual. Making friends is not easy sometimes and this story helped us talk about the issues at school and being different. I think this story was great for Valentines too.

Bought this for my 1 yr old neice, as it says board book in the description. It's actually hardcover. It's very nice quality but won't work for a young child. Very disappointing, will be returning.
