These are made of slightly thicker polyester material, so it's good that they snap apart to allow some air flow. The colors are vibrant, very true to what I see on my screen. The waistband is a little too sinched in for me - the elastic is strong and scratchy, so it digs into my skin a little. I am 5'8" and weigh around 225lbs, with a 42" waist. I usually purchase a 2X when buying from Target because they are often plenty big enough for me, but I went with a 3X because I had a feeling these wouldn't adhere to the sizing that other brands from Target adhere to. I'm glad I did, because these pants still feel snug on me. I would say majority of this is because of the elastic in the waistband. Plenty of room in the hips and legs, though. TLDR: Bright colors, functional, tighter elastic in the waistband, sizing not consistent with other brands, thick fabric.
