I wanted to like this so bad. I’m not pleased with the taste. It tastes fermented? Too tangy and vinegary or something. I love lime and cilantro but combined in this bottle is a just a big no for me. Not a fan.

Upset And Disappointed - 1 month ago, Verified purchaser
I can honestly say this is the absolute worst tasting dressing I’ve ever had. The expiration date hadn’t passed, so i don’t know how it would’ve been spoiled. But that HAS to be the only reason because I’ve genuinely never tasted any dressing as fowl as this. And i usually LOVE cilantro lim avocado dressings. This literally made me sick!!

I LOVE PRIMAL KITCHEN!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Love the fact I can put things my leafy green vegetables other than olive oil all the time! Don't get me wrong olive oil is still good, buuuuuuttt it's good to be able to mix it up and not go overboard on sugar, hidden sugars, and a lot of seed oils!

Too thick and barely tastes like cilantro. Get the Bolthouse Farms Cilantro dressing instead. It’s less than half the calories and tastes way more like cilantro.

Bad before opening

The dressing had gone bad before opening, I picked it up from store today, shook it a little before opening and after taking the cap off, it hissed then bubbled over onto the counter just like a carbonated beverage. The smell and taste was disgusting as well.

Great on fish

I was cooking some flounder filets and didn't have any lemon juice. So I decided to use the cilantro lime dressing instead of butter olive oil and lemon juice. I spread a teaspoon on each filet. Added some veggies then baked this dish. I gotta say this is the best tasting juicy fish I've ever eaten. I highly recommend trying it on any white fish filets.

Didn't taste like cilantro or lime. Bought it thinking it would be good for a southwest chicken salad or wrap, but it kind of ruined it
