The padding is very thick and feels durable. If you are looking for a pad to ease joint pain when doing floor exercises this is it. Easy surface to clean.

I love the thickness of the mat wish it could be a little wider. If you go to the website from the mat it is much cheaper that what I pay and I got mine on sale. I paid $77 On sale at target and normal price for Target is over $100. I wish I would have known about the website they have it for $50. To time exercise sheet comes with it and that would be a little helpful.
