Premier Turquoise Pencils by Prismacolor set the industry standard and uphold a long-standing tradition of professional drawing pencils with the highest quality in technical and fine art drawing. Turquoise Pencils provide pure, smooth laydown and a wide range of gradient grades. The non-crumbling lead sharpens to a strong point for a glossy line that does not scratch the paper. Use the harder H leads to sketch outlines of objects and create deep, intense values with the softer B leads. Achieve smooth blending or hatching to add depth and contrast to your drawings. Simple to use, the pigment in it is nice though I don’t appreciate how brittle they are or maybe that’s just how I hold my pencils. They work well in coloring seas and sky. For what what they’re worth they’re pretty good actually. Packing is nice though I don’t like how the pencils themselves are packed and think it could be better.
Not for coloring, outline or sketch

Difficult to control color intensity. Not the greatest at blending. Perfect for sketching and making outlines. Sturdy and multiple. Metal case.

My favorite color is turquoise, so I love these pencils. Great quality, great presentation, and cheap compared to other pencil kits on the market.

I love this brand! I love their color pencils and sketch pencils. I have had one pack for years and only had to get another when all the pencils became little stubs. Great quality. Do recommend!

The turquoise pencils work fantastic for my graphic design work. They allow for me to create the perfect outline with all the details as well. Then I can ink over them for my final piece and remove the turquoise when scanning. An essential tool for today’s artists that mix traditional art with modern computer graphics.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I got these for my daughter who is showing an interest in art, and so far we’re very pleased. They sharpen easily and don’t break off without mistakes being made. The lines they draw are smooth and even, a little wider than a standard pencil. She really made some fine art with them already, and this set should last her a long time considering they hold up well and there’s 12 in the box. The tin they came in is nice storage too.
Great product, great value!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] These were okay. Not the greatest and not the worse. I didn't like the lack of variety in this pack. However, they write pretty well and that's the most important factor. I don't know if I'd recommend them, but they're not bad at all.
