I tend to have digestive issues and constipation and these are a must-have for my tummy artillery that I go in with when thing start getting backed up. They definitely help with my digestion and help replenish after heavy meals.

Every time my body is hinting about diarrhea or bloating, I start taking the capsules. They are supposed to detox the body and support proper intestinal motility. I also like that the Now is a reputable brand. The capsules are small and easy to swallow. 25 billions is a perfect amount of probiotic bacteria they contain.
