I recently had to take a 14-day course of antibiotics 3 times per day. My doctor recommended taking probiotics to help with the side-effects of the antibiotics. I did take them twice a day at least 2 hours before my antibiotic dose and it really helped with the stomach-related side effects of the antibiotics. I’ll definitely be getting a pack of these whenever I’m on a course of antibiotics.

I've had candida symptoms for decades. When I go off of probiotics, the symptoms really flare up when I go on sugar binges, or high carb diets. I went off of probiotics for a couple of months, and suffered horribly. After remembering my past afflictions and cures, I got back on these probiotics, and the acid reflux, bloating, etc. disappeared within days! I doubled-up on the dosage for a few consecutive days. Horrible. I purchased it because it was obviously cheaper than namebrand’s but also a smaller pill. I don’t know what it is about the actual tablet, but it got stuck in my throat on three different occasions. The third time I threw them in the trash. Definitely do not recommend. As I have no other problems, swallowing pills or getting anything stuck in my throat.
