I actually got these to get through the covid nausea and that relentless tickle in my throat from coughing. I love these as they even work to smell them when feeling queasy. I ended up buying them again recently as I am dealing with nausea again from G.I. issues. They are a bit on the strong side so sometimes I don't even need a whole mint. I get no stomach aches from these which is pretty rare.
