Rectal bleeding or failure to have a bowel movement after use of a laxative may indicate a serious condition. Discontinue use and consult your doctor. Q: What does it taste like? Can we add taste too without losing the help it gives for constipation? I have severe constipation from cancer.

A: I boil Crystal Lite or Gatorade then steep my tea bag! Works great! Wish it went on sale more often!

Highly recommend for efficient movement of reluctant bowels. Rather than taking at bedtime though, I suggest you try a cup first thing in the morning and plan to stay home, close to the toilet.

I never have been much for hot teas. I’ve always drank coffee and I thought that was enough but I always stayed stocked up until I finally started using this tea. My wife was using it and she said it really worked for her. She had cancer and she passed away last March and so she had some of this leftover and I started using it and oh my how it works. I have just had the best time drinking this tea I get up in the morning and get my coffee started and it’s time to go to the bathroom every morning. I love it. Thank you very much.

I was backed up for a week. Took miralax and nothing happened. Finally after a week of no bowel movements, I Drank a half a cup of smooth move tea and have not stopped going to the bathroom haha I’m relieved but wow i feel like I’ve moved pounds from my body. DO NOT drink more than a cup or else you’ll be chained to your toilet.

A must in my tea cabinet. This tea is the perfect tea when you need some movement. What I love about this is it does not leave you with a cramp or an accident. Simply drink this at night and wake up with movement. Would recommend this to anyone needing extra help to go.

As someone with slow transit chronic constipation, it is rare I find a laxative product that I like. This works really well for most people. For me it is helpful, but sometimes takes a bit longer and sometimes takes 2 servings (or more). Either way, the taste is fine and it dies add some much needed assistance:)

Magic. If you’re having issues definitely take this. I’ve tried so many things to help me and this one is *super cheap* and works like a charm. I’m thinking about taking it every other day or every 3 weeks to help clear me out. Buy it! Definitely plan to be home when you take it. Just test it out one time and you’ll see how your body reacts to it.

Took this a couple of weeks ago after feeling severely bloated. Drank before bed and woke up around 4 am needing to use the restroom. Had to continue going throughout the entire next day. Thought maybe it was in my head so tried again yesterday and have also been having frequent restroom visits since 3 am so beware of when you take it.

To be fair it did make me go to the bathroom within an hr but not enough to have full relief. Now I have horrible gas stomach pains. I took it as directed two days ago and I’m still in pain. So just a word of caution may work for you but you may end up like me in terrible gas pains.

Run away fast!! This gave me severe intestinal spasms and cramps for most of the following day. I was so scared that I almost went to the hospital. Didn’t even move my bowels. Terrible, miserable, scary experience. Read the 1 star reviews of this product on google and you will see many others have experienced the same.

I tried this after no BM for 6 days due to surgery that required anesthesia & pain meds that commonly lead to constipation. IT WORKS. I tried everything else before this too- milk of magnesia, miralax, stool softener, etc. And this is literally the only thing that has worked. Took less than an hour too. Definitely recommend!!
