    We've been drinking Folgers for 44 years. The last year every can we've bought has a horrible smell and taste. You keep saying you haven't changed anything, but something has changed. I just threw out the last container that we purchased and it will be the last.

    I ordered 3 cans of coffee. This review is about the delivery process. Target uses FedEx and again the FedEx truck driver drove over my lawn leaving 1 hour of damage for me to fix. I called FedEx to complaine, they send me to Global ARC who inturn sent me to Target.com for the complaint. After 20 minutes on the phone the target.com customer service rep was sending me off to some other complaint department. Not worth my time to shop Target.com as long as they keep using FedEx for deliveries.

    I grew up in a “Folgers Only” household and can spot the distinctive aroma anywhere. One of my absolute favorite smells (other than waking up to a fresh pot brewing lol) is when you first open a can of Folgers and smell the aroma of fresh grounds. It ranks up right there with fresh cut grass and a freshly bathed, newborn baby!! Unfortunately, over the past year or so the quality has seriously diminished. The aroma coming from the coffee pot while brewing is almost negligible and the grounds in a just opened canister smell identical to the old ones at the bottom of the old canister. I’m not sure if the company has resorted the cheaper quality ingredients or if quality control is just really lacking. Either way, it’s just not the Folgers I grew up on. The fact that Folgers insists on raising prices every few months makes me wonder what exactly I’m being charged extra for. It seems at this point, they’re getting all the “extra” and before long, I’ll be able to get a better cup of coffee at the corner gas station.

    I have when available only ever drink Folgers Classic Roast, even in Iraq, I had it sent out to me so I could start my day with a good cup of coffee. Recently I have changed to the KCups and they are perfect, 1 Kcup, 10 oz of water, delicious. This morning I open a new box and immediately noticed the tops of the Kcup color was different and know the taste is differnet, I had one earlier that was the last from the old box and there is a distinct difference. I have dumped my second cup as the taste is the much of a difference. I am going to buy a new 32 count today and hope to find the old packaging or i will definitely consider change to another brand.

    I have been a faithful Folgers coffee drinker for decades. It's the only coffee we have purchased since 1985. With that being said, I have noticed that it's not the same Folgers for the last few Cans. I am wondering if you have changed the formula on your Classic Roast. I now have a cup or 2 in the morning where before I would have 4 or 5 cups and also make a pot of coffee 3 to 4 times daily. Not loving it anymore

    Bitter taste, smell is not aromatic any longer even during brewing it doesn't have aroma of fresh coffee. Prices continue to increase, quality is inferior to most other brands. Probably will look for another brand after all these years.

    We have been drinking Folgers Classic for years and have recently noticed a less bold flavor and the grind appears to more coarse than previous purchases. The color of the coffee also appears to be lighter. Both my wife and I have noticed this and are very disappointed with the degradation of the quality of the coffee of late. We are considering a switch to a different brand at this point.

    I have noticed the quality has dropped I have been a foldgers classic coffee drinker most of my life I Am a serious coffee drinker and loved it and lately I have not even finished my coffee I take to work the good quality coffee is not there I don't know what Thay have done but Thay need to put it back like thay used to do it this makes the second container I have got that was not good sad to say if they don't bring the Folgers classic roast quality back like they have had it I am considering changing brands and I have always loved my Folgers classic coffee

    My husband and I used to love Folgers coffee but now it's not even drinkable. I noticed a few ago that the taste had changed and is very bitter, it gags me just to try to get a swallow down. My stomach can't tolerate it either. The change y'all have made is a very bad mistake, y'all are going to lose a lot of customers for this.
