I could not believe just how much liquid it was able to absorb for its size. My only complaint is that they do NOT fit like underwear so don't try and pass the style off that way.

They hide under my jeans very well and hold up to my very active lifestyle. These are the best incontience underwear I've worn. They absorb every drip, trickel, surge and even when I can't make it to the bathroom and loose complete bladder control. They do need to be immediately changed after a larger accident but they still feel pretty dry even when soaked. They do OK on oder control. Nothing can completely hide the smell of urine. The real fit underwear has given me my life back. I do everything else other 30 year old guys do, I just need some protection. My confidence has skyrocketed since I started wearing these.

I recommend wearing them all day to get used then as the extra padding will feel weird the first week. I haven't had any incidents so I can't comment on how absorbent the pads are. I don't expect these to deintegrate after use and they held up well after two washes. No smell after use either!
