I was hoping maybe this would be better than the store brand. The packaging is much easier to get the gel capsules out, however no difference sadly. It is the same dosing though 🤷🏼♀️

I have used this product for years and it helps me stay asleep, highly recommend it. It does not make me sleepy when I take it, but it will help me fall asleep if I set myself up to fall asleep and then it will also help me stay asleep.

took 5 of these because the plan was to wake up at 2:30 am for my 4 am shift which is in a couple Of hours haven’t slept at all . THESE ARE HORRIBLE DONT BUY

Also, after taking sleeping aids in the past, it made my arms feel restless but that didn't happen with ZzzQuil.

Because of my pressures at work I can find it hard to sleep, this product helps me fall asleep on nights there is a lot on my mind. I love the packaging as well, it is small enough to fit in my purse when I have out of town meetings. Being that I have a very stressful job getting a good night sleep is very important to me and this product helps with that!

I find that I can fall asleep within 30 minutes or so after taking them and wake up the next morning feeling very refreshed. I really like that this isn't habit for me and I like that they're so easy to swallow so it's just an easy product to take right before I'm getting ready to go to bed. Really like the sleep quality I get from this product.

I started traveling every few weeks for work and always have difficulty falling asleep in hotels when traveling. I started taking these to assist me in falling asleep and they have helped so much! The part I love the most is that I don’t wake up feeling drowsy, which was my biggest concern. They are so easy to take and I feel so refreshed after finally getting a good night sleep.

Amazing marketing. These work, however if you read the labels of what you’re taking, the active ingredient in this product is the same as a very common pink allergy pill. You know the one. There are many over-the-counter items on the market that use this same marketing strategy to easily profit off of consumers who don’t look at the ingredients, which are required to be listed right there on the label. Save yourself some money and buy the pink pills. In bulk. Multipurpose.

Tried many other brands some didn’t work and the ones that did kept me feeling groggy, still felt really sleepy or made me over sleep. With zzzquil I wake up feeling well rested and get the sleep I really need. Instructions say to take two but I only take one and still knocks me out. I struggle with insomnia so this been a life saver

Love these! I can always count on them to get me to sleep when I'm experiencing insomnia. I started out taking 2, and it knocked me out completely for 10hrs, but i felt too groggy in the morning. Now i just take 1 a night, sleep well, and don't experience the grogginess the next day
