This challenge is particularly pronounced for those of us who are much younger than the typical demographic for these products. From my experience, it’s extremely difficult to find a urinary incontinence (UI) product that offers the right balance of discreetness and absorbency. I am in my mid-20s and have been dealing with urinary incontinence for a few years. My condition is influenced by stress and the fact that I’ve been prescribed a diuretic, which exacerbates my urinary flow and frequency. In my opinion, the Depend Fresh Protection Shields for men are the best option for addressing this issue. Anyone with mild to moderate urinary incontinence would greatly benefit from using these. However, if your condition is more severe than mild to moderate, I recommend considering their Depend Guards or Overnight Underwear products. Overall, I would give this product a solid 5-star rating out of 5. I will definitely be recommending these shields to any of my friends and family who also struggle with urinary incontinence.

Young or old these are good for any man. These pair great with briefs and boxer briefs. The absorb the extra liquid that’s left behind while we relieve out bladder. The packing is quite discreet and isn’t bigger than your average wallet.

I think a pair of boxer briefs is sufficient for me. If I had a more severe problem, this would be a better fit for me because I do think it’s effective. I just don’t think I need it personally.

They helped my grandpa tremendously as they fit perfectly in the form of the underwear, and you can’t tell he has one on unlike the others. The biggest benefit other than the absorption, is that like other brands, you can’t smell old stale urine which is a very big plus.

They come in single use unmarked plastic bags. I cracked open a bag and were very soft and comfortable to the touch. I was curious as to how much fluid they absorbed so I decided to run it under the sink, and it held a surprising amount!

The adhesive feels strong and should be comfortable to wear throughout the day. I tested the absorption with some water. It held 4 oz of water without dripping, and the other side was completely dry. I would consider that adequate for a light shield. All things considered, this is an excellent shield.

The Depends shields for men are super comfortable in boxer briefs and cannot be detected when wearing with dress pants. I fully recommend for anyone that hates having that little drop showing in your groin region when walking out of a bathroom.
