Not exactly caffein free! They are adding licorice root in here. When someone is opting for a caffeine free option don’t sneak other stimulants in there. Keep it simple, it’s ginger!

I used to get occasional heartburn from acid reflux during sleeping hours. A cup this tea before bedtime seems to prevent this. I’m not an expert on probiotics but I can say that this tea makes me burp, and I’ve had just one episode of heartburn since starting with a nightly cup about eight months ago. Not the best herbal tea I’ve ever had but very drinkable considering the benefits.

I love this tea and have enjoyed for many years. I love that there is a decaf option and it is DELICIOUS with honey or sugar and a dash of milk. (The British cuppa) pairs wonderfully with a ham sandwich. It's one of my comfort drinks when sick or cold. It's also amazing as iced tea. Can't go wrong!

I personally don’t like the new packaging of the tea bags. The way they had them before worked great! I specifically don’t love that the staple sits in my drink as well. Why are there staples now? Other than that, I love this blend - it helps me feel better and it helps with digestion.

Love this tea. First time buying 5/3/24. Went back to the store that was going out of business and bought the last 5 boxes ! My son said this tea is 8 dollars at Starbucks.
