I tried Noosa yogurt (the fruit ones) probably a decade ago and didn’t care for it as it was too acidic for my tastes. Decided to give this particular one a try and omggggg it’s sooo good. Definitely the best yogurt I’ve had, ranks #1. It’s thick and creamy, not too sweet, not acidic, and the vanilla really comes through. Just make sure to mix it first!

I LOVE the taste and consistency, but read the label and realized there is just too much added sugar for me to try this again. Very sad. I'll need to look at the sugar content of the other flavors.

There is 30 grams of sugar (18 grams of added sugar) in each container! It's like eating a candy bar or icecream!

The yogurt is amazing, BUT this is a prime example of “shrinkflation”. They’re filling up the cups with 25-30% less yogurt and it’s not just a one off. Every time I buy this, every single cup is not filled most of the way. Look next time you purchase, it’s ridiculous. So when you buy these 4-packs, you’re really only getting 3 cups. I’d recommend buying the bigger individual ones.

I've been trying to be more healthier with my gut health and protein intake so eating yogurt has been on my agenda. I chose Noosa because I've heard good things about it. First, it's delicious really, it's creamy, thick, and has the slightest taste of vanilla bean while still tasting like yogurt. Unfortunately, it's not the healthiest yogurt for everyday eating. It's a good option for a desert or treat once in a while but it's high in sugar and lower in protein than other yogurts so it's not doing much for your health. It's not terribly unhealthy for you, it's still yogurt and yogurt is healthy for you but Noosa in particular isn't a healthy yogurt option, it's a healthy desert or snack option though. If you want a healthy yogurt, Chobani, Siggi's Skyr Icelandic Yogurt, or Oikos Tripple Zero are better options. If you want a desert yogurt, then Noosa is a good option since its higher in sugar.
