I picked this up late this afternoon via drive up, and the “best by” date is today. We didn’t plan on eating the entire cake today. Food through pick up shouldn’t expire the same day. This isn’t the first time this has happened. Even though I purchased it through drive up, food items apparently can’t be returned via drive up. So I’ll need to make a special trip to return this inside the store. Won’t buy again.

This is not a strong fudgey cake like I thought it was going to be. It’s not awful but not really great either. From the very first bite I swore I was eating a large hostess cupcake. If you like the taste of those then you will like this cake.

As someone with celiac disease it can be hard to find a good dessert sometimes. This cake is to die for. It's moist, chocolatey, and the white chocolate mousse balances it out perfectly so it's not too chocolatey. I almost wish I never discovered this cake it's SO good.

It's okay. The flavor is weak. Ganache usually gives a boost of flavor, but it seems to be absent. The cake is light an airy. The chocolate layer on the top is also light. I will not buy it again.

Doesn’t have must flavor. Very sweet! I wish it had more frosting in the layers to give a bit of flavor and break up the cake. Love the gluten free aspect, but ingredient list a mile long is gross. Won’t buy again.

I am very picky for desserts, I am Latino and we have delicious desserts like the "Tres Leches cake" so I don't like any cake. But this one is DELICIOUS, I could eat it every day, it has the right amount of sugar. I love it! The only thing I don't like is the price, very expensive for the small piece that you get, in any case it doesn't contain gluten and that's great!

Found this at a grocery store first, not realizing Target had the same brand for less. Decided to splurge to test out before holidays. Surprised at how good it is, shared it (slices into 4 perfect sized pieces) with family who are not GF and now they are asking for it. Very rich / sweet tasting. Perfect with coffee. Cannot tell its GF at all. Perfect for special occasions and the container it comes in is strong enough to withstand careless packing — it does not get crushed if someone packs heavier items on top (holiday bagger). Tried the strawberry shortcake too, just as amazing! Highly recommend.
