Q: One reviewer said the drawers don’t open all the way, is there a stop that prevents them from opening?

A: It is designed in this way to meet the industry standard for nursery dressers. In this way, it helps to prevent the dresser from tipping over in case the items in the drawers are too heavy. It does open enough for you put in and take out items.

Our last baby dresser was the same way but not as extreme. I’m assuming it’s a safety measure; to prevent tipping if the drawers are overfilled and left open.

Q: the description says the individual drawer height is 4.05" That seems short. Is that not including the space above the side panel?

A: The 4.5" measurement you are seeing would be for the interior measurement of the drawers.

A: Yes it requires full assembly (comes flat packed) but it wasn’t that bad.

Q: The description says the dimensions are 32.000 inches H x 18.750 inches W x 52.000 inches D, but this dresser seems to be wider than 18.740 - are the width and depth switched in the description?

A: The dresser has an assembled height of 32" plus the 3.50" height for the changing table so it's around 35" high.

Q: Can the drawers be modified to open further?

A: Unfortunately, it can't be modified. Our drawers on the dressers do not open all the way and they have been designed this way for safety, so when the child is able to stand up, they are not able to pull the drawers out onto themselves.

The dresser looks nice, but ours did come with some external damage. Also, when screwing the drawers together, some of the wood split. It seems overpriced for the quality of wood used.

The dresser was easy to put together, but we will not be using it. It is too short and is an awkward height to use as a changing table to baby. The drawers are also not deep and don’t pull out far. Seems challenging to utilize that space well. Very disappointed. It’s not a bad dresser, but definitely take into consideration the measurements!

We got two sets of the davinci dressers and BOTH have fallen apart within a year of getting them. The drawers just start falling apart and we can't snap them back in. This picture is showing three drawers down. My other fell apart so quickly we had to throw it away. Waste of money don't bother.

Overall I like this dresser, pretty good quality. Think it suits the price, not the nicest ever, but definitely gets the job done. Seems sturdy. Assembly was too bad, I thought the instructions were pretty straight forward. It was missing a set of screws which was a bummer so we had to go buy some at home deport since we already started assembling before noticing. Check for all hardware parts before assembling!

I was skeptical about this dresser based on reviews, but it's actually much nicer than I expected. I was looking for a small dresser for our baby's nursery. This is the perfect size and provides lots of storage without taking up too much of the room. My husband assembled it and did say it was a pain. I probably wouldn't be handy enough to assemble myself. But it looks great and the drawers glide smoothly. I saw some reviews complaining about the drawers not coming out far enough, but they come out far enough to me. For $350 I am happy and I think it will last through several years of use.

We purchased this for our granddaughters nursery & it was delivered to our home. My husband & I built it, which was very simple to do. The wood is so nice & the drawers slide so well. We were so impressed with the quality for the price. We will be purchasing another one for our 2nd granddughtera nursery.

This is a piece of garbage. It was manufactured incorrectly- the item does not match up to instructions/drawings. It is also missing a set of screws. It impossible to assemble as the instructions say with these defects. Imagine building this with your baby days away and having a half built piece of junk and bits and pieces of incomplete furniture strewn across the room. Poor quality control on a poor quality product.

The overall look of this dresser is nice and clean. The drawers do not pull out fully but this is a safety measure (I’m assuming) for children. The drawer otherwise has adequate space. The assembly of this drawer is kind of a nightmare… beware. You get what you pay for in terms of assembly. I do like that the dresser is pure white. We changed out the knobs to customize the look and it turned out great (3 hours later).

Overall it looks nice and has the feel I was going for in my nursery but isn’t the highest quality. The drawers only pull out half way (I don’t think we built it wrong…) which makes it difficult to store everything. The drawers are also much smaller than I anticipated - especially compared to the dressers I bought my other two children.

This piece looks so good and is well made, but the drawers are just ridiculous. There's about 1.5" of depth missing behind the drawer front, and they don't even open halfway. I could only fit 6 pairs of jeans in one drawer. Another warning: it took forever to assemble. I'm an engineer (who loves to assemble things) and it took me over 4 hours. Returning.

The piece looks nice, is fairly easy to assemble, and is sturdy. My big complaint, though, is that the drawers only pull out about half way. I get that this is probably to minimize the risk of the dresser tipping over and harming a child. But this feature makes it really difficult to both see what's in a drawer, and get things out of a drawer. Very, very, very annoying! It makes me really question whether it was an overall good purchase.

This dresser is super cute, and was pretty easy to put together. I noticed a lot of people saying it's flimsy, but I disagree, it feels pretty sturdy. it's a little wobbly when the drawers aren't in, but once they're put together and inserted it's very solid. If you add the changing table tray it's even more solid. The drawers are designed to not pull out fully, but I feel like I can still reach in pretty easily. Very excited to start using it once my baby gets here!
