A: Actually, the two products contains an almost the same ingredients and the only difference is who can use it, because the Arthritis 8 hr is for under 18 years of age: ask a doctor, but the Muscle Pain 8 hr is not for Children under 12 years: do not use.

I've tried a few different pain relievers for it, and so far this is the best one. I'm always interested in trying others that might work better, but so far this one is the best of the ones I've tried for me. Tylenol has always made a good product. Works fine at a very good price.

I experience a lot of neck pain and stiffness around my spine and where my brain connects to my spine it seems like. Which causes these wicked headaches lately. I was taking a generic Kroger version of acetaminophen rapid releases 1000mg at a time, I felt like they weren’t as effective. So I tried these taking 2 at a time right before bed because the head pain I get really effects my sleep and I passed out and woke up in the middle of the night feeling so nice. I’m also trying to not take ibuprofen cause I was taking 1000mg of acetaminophen and 200mg of ibuprofen at night because I felt the acetaminophen wasn’t as effective alone but ibuprofen can really damage the stomach and I started getting slight stomach pains and knew I needed to try something different. But this seems to be effective.

I have issues with back and ankle and this helped a lot. The highest dosage over the counter medicine and it reliefs the pain for more than 8 hours.

The best at relieving aches and pains. Taking 2 pills works really quickly! There are not expensive and you can work with the no pain. I always have a bottle available.

Regular Tylenol has not done anything for my headaches in years. And now that I'm over 45 the aches and pains of age need something stronger. I was taking 4 advil with no relief sometimes. After seeing someone in a support group suggest this I picked it up and within an hour of the first dose I was feeling so much better. Then a few weeks later my husband and I got severely sick while on vacation. This was all we had with us but it knocked the sinus pain right out and we were able to sleep. Now I have this on hand at all times.
