A: Yes, the cushion CAN be removed. There are four screw underneath on the metal part. Which I'm glad, because after my cat destroys the fabric, eventually I'll need to re-upholster the cushion.

We live in a smaller space and wanted something that we could use multiple ways. This ottoman is a good size to use to prop your feet up while sitting, a small table, or extra seating. It is exactly as pictured and the cushion is not too soft or firm. It was delivered already assembled.

Really happy with this! Well made, comes assembled. I had purchased to use in the foyer, but we like it so much that we swapped it out with an older ottoman from the living room. I got the charcoal square geometric pattern, but the onyx is definitely my favorite, though sold out. If it’s ever back in stock I’ll for sure buy it.

I got the grey lattice and ordering another, still hoping charcoal gets back in stock. These are sturdy, attractive, comfortable and versatile. You can use it as a seat, to put your feet up, as a side table (with a tray when needed). It is heavy, I use on carpet, don’t know if it would slide on other surfaces. Does not require assembly, not to difficult to get out of the box.

I am not sure yet what I will use these for - they are perfect for the foot of the guest bed, in the closet, or the entryway. Sturdy metal supports with very dense foam cushion. The thing that really impressed me was the consistency of the pattern. Since they will be positioned side by side, stripes must line up. Happy! No assembly required.
