    Bend slightly to one side. The crease is where your natural waistline is. Measure a comfortably loose, level line around that point.

  • Hip

However, a few days after my purchase, The same idems were on BOGO. I am disappointed that I made my purchase a few days prior to the offer. I am on a tight budget & could not make another purchase.

These things suck. They show up in a small plastic bag, no packaging, no tags. Upon wearing them the legs just constantly ride up and become uncomfortably bunched up and don’t help with chub rub. I’m 195lbs, 5’4 I usually wear between a 12-16 in pants, I ordered these in size 9 which did line up with the correct size for me, but if you’re looking for something to help prevent thigh rubbing these are not it!
