Nothing was labeled. It was frustrating to put together because of that. And then when i was done i realized the pieces for the hooks were put in upside down. Overall it serves the purpose i wanted. But it isn’t this overall quality piece. I think it is priced too high. But, again, I’m keeping it because it’s together and i don’t feel like dealing with a return.

This piece is very solid. It only took my husband and I about an hour to assemble. Directions were easy to follow. Only complaint is the shoe cubbies are a little small for my husbands shoes, but great for the kids.

The box received is long and heavy(70lbs). It was fast and easy to build. It had a noticeable couple defects after putting it together, but refuse to go through the hassle of returning. The shoe cubbies are kind of small. Overall it looks nice and clean

I loved these organizers because the directions were easy to follow and they had a nice finished look. One of the three I ordered arrived broken but Target was happy to accept the return at the store and ship another one out. Warning, they are heavy when the arrived.

I do not allow shoes to be worn in my home, so I wanted a way to store them by the door without having a messy and unsightly pile. This hall tree with storage was the perfect way option to organize shoes and hang jackets/hats/bags that otherwise end up on the counter or backs of chairs. I have assembled quite a few pieces of furniture and with this one in particular I was struck by the weight of each piece. Most often these easy assemble furniture items are made from very cheap flimsy wood or even particle board. The only pieces that don't feel like real, quality wood are the shoe separating inserts and the backing, which doesn't bother me aesthetically, as long as they hold up, I'm happy. Overall this tree is sturdy, beautiful, and extremely easy to assemble.

I'm not really sure if this item is a good buy or not. This item came damaged enough that I didn't even open the companion piece. The return process at Target.com has been nothing short of impossible. After 4 of the longest calls that I can remember, Target still can't actually verify if the items are being picked up at my address or not. The overall quality of the item isn't nearly as good as it looks online. The item will likely fall apart pretty quickly after regular use. This was my first larger item target.com order from target.com and will surely be my last.

Although it is not solid wood, It will not fall apart quickly.
