They fit great and the soft, elastic sides are very helpful when I tend to my loved one’s needs. They have a great stretch so I can put them on on days he can’t. During my testing it held over 5 cups of water before it started to leak. So given an accident I would be confident that these will hold up to it. [This review was collected as part of a promotion.] These underwear are designed for incontinence. I tested them for days when I had issues with mild bladder leaks, as well as a few other use cases. Fit: These are incredibly stretchy. I expect that they will fit a wide range of people because of that, especially with other sizes taken into account - they expanded easily over my wide hips, and wore snug but not uncomfortably so. Comfort: The fit was comfortable. The fabric was... not as bad as I expected? It's very crinkly, but softer than it looks. It's still not great, but I was able to comfortably wear these for a handful of 4-5 hour road trips, as well as grocery shopping and other errands requiring an average amount of walking. My biggest complaint is that there was stiffness around the legs, which broke in some with movement but I nevertheless did notice throughout the day. I am autistic, and sensory experience can make or break a product for me. I honestly expected these to fail here. I can't say they're perfectly comfortable, but the fact that I can wear them all day without hating the experience is a big deal. Aesthetics: These aren't what you wear when you want to look sexy. That said, I did find that an adequately high waisted pair of boxers could be worn over them if I expected to take my pants off and wanted a better aesthetic while wearing them. Absorbency: I was pleasantly surprised with the absorption these offered. For as thin as they are, they can handle a decent amount of liquid without leakage. However, if you expect to need them for more than a dribble, pack a change. You won't want to keep wearing them once they've absorbed more than a small amount. Accessibility: My largest complaint about these is that I found the cues regarding back vs front to be too subtle. That was something I had to look for and figure out rather than it being obvious. Since I'm rather blind without contacts and wasn't always putting these underwear on with my contacts in, this was made worse in those situations. That's why I name this as an accessibility issue. However, the first few times I had the issue I could see just fine and still had to try them on both ways to confirm. Given that I was trying to get them on quickly, I found this frustrating and inconvenient. I'd love to see better indications on the underwear, and something on the packaging that helps make it obvious, if someone were to look for that. Alternate use cases: I found these useful while doing colonoscopy prep and experiencing bowel incontinence. I would not want to wear them for a long time after an issue, as they're not designed for that, but they did make my life easier that day. Additionally, trans masc individuals may find these useful for menstruation - I did not test them with heavy flow, but found them to be a less dysphoric option on a low flow day. Overall: I found these to be a more useful product than I expected. They served well for what they're meant for, and offered me peace of mind in other additional use cases as well. For the price range, I found the comfort of wear to be more than acceptable. Discerning front to back can be mildly difficult if you don't know what to pay attention to, but is fine once you have the hang of it. However, I do think that's room for improvement, since not everyone using these will be able to see the subtle variations.
