Q: How do you control the mist

A: Air Wick Essential Mist Diffuser works by transforming natural essential oils into a gentle, fragrant mist and is ideal for medium to large-sized rooms. The dial on the front controls the intensity and frequency of mist for a room that is fragranced just right, no matter its size. The device will run for an 8 hour cycle, releasing puffs of mist regularly, then go into standby until next day (for 16 hours) and then start again. This is to conserve power and fragrance oil until it's needed again.

A: No, testing has not been done on any other fragrances or refills other than those designed and created by AirWick®, therefore it is not advised to use other refills with this device.

Q: Can the other fragrance options be replaced to go in the diffuser? I like the deep blue sea scent but can’t find a starter kit for that fragrance with the diffuser and oil. Can I take the lavender out and refill with the deep blue sea fragrance?

I have used all these types of fragrance machines from busters to sprayers and I keep trying by buying more. They stop working sometimes new batteries help after one use? I have used one 2x I love the lavender vanilla but I'm sick if collecting all the misters Help!! Make a good one and yes i have it on low for oil

I really like the product, I just wish it would work as described. You have to keep sliding the button from (high, which I keep mine on, to to the low, then back to high to get it to work.

I just love the scent of lavender. But it is very difficult to find a fragrance that will not disturb, often fragrances make too bright, sweet or faint scents. Air Wick lavender & Waterlily is one of the best scents in the house for me personally.

I have purchased this product many times and over and over and over the same problem exists. It worked good for a little while very little then it start slowing down and less mist over and over and over then finally no mist. Your hours of operation doesn't work with some states very hard to communicate with you you close 3:00 p.m. my time some people have different work hours that don't work with your work hours. I have spent a numerous amount of money on this product someday hopefully it improves or a kickback on on them

The smell is great! Hence, the two stars. However, the scent impact of a single diffuser ain’t enough to leave a single room to have a long lasting smell. In fact, it only smells nice when it’s active spraying the scent. Once it’s done, it no longer smells as nice. It’s a great concept but the plugs in are much better.

Too much for small rooms

The initial spray is too large for a small room in my opinion. It almost suffocates you with fragrance initially then there’s minimal carryover between releases. I know breathing these types of products in generally isn’t very healthy, but I feel that way ESPECIALLY with this device. I wish there was a mist setting even lower than the current lowest for small rooms.

Bought this to try. At first it worked well, I tried to find a refill and they seem a bit pricey. Haven’t refilled it since wish they were more affordable since it doesn’t last very long
