Galvin Microwave Cart - Buylateral

We purchased this in 2018 for our studio NYC apartment. It has now survived 3 moves within the city and is still in great shape! It has not only been great for extra storage but in 3 out of the 4 apartments we've had it has been our only kitchen counter space. It is quite heavy, but if you can successfully move it where you need it to be, it will be worthwhile!

There is something wrong with the construction of this cart. I cannot get the middle top section to connect as it should to the middle boards. I've tried twice. The cart doesn't seem square. I requested a refund, but will have to take it back to the store. Forget that. I may just have it picked up as bulk trash.

I don’t know what to do as a piece came in cracked. I am not about to disassemble to return it’s ridiculous. Is there a place I can get the piece replaced?

Complete junk. I bought it one year ago today. I’ve been very careful about how it’s used. I do not store anything on top of it, I’ve never placed anything hot or heavy on top. The counter is cracked in two separate places. Upon further inspecting the cart I see the top counter part became warped and separated from the rest of the cabinet. I cannot find a customer service number for the company anywhere. I spent nearly $400 on this and got only one year use out of it. I could see if I abused it, but I’ve done nothing but take care of it.

This was the worst product I have ever purchased from target. The quality is definitely not worth the price. The item does not come out together and once dealing with the material, it not only easily chips, but the holes are not big enough to put the screws in and overall feels of cheap quality. Then in order to return it, one is required to sent the whole thing back. Not only is the item extremely heavy, but if you do not have any transportation to return the item you are screwed. I do not recommend this item and now this is making me seriously consider purchasing anything from target in the future due to the inconvenience this has now caused just to return the item.

This was not super easy to put together... it took a long time and required a power drill. There were also some cosmetic damages when it arrived, including one of the backboards being broken. The end product is nice for the price though.

I searched for a kitchen cart for a long time, and looked on many websites. This cart is exactly what I needed to fill a 48" space, to hold my toaster oven, and to store my trash can (I didn't include the middle shelf when assembling the door side of the cart so a trash can would fit). The price for the amount of space/storage is definitely lower compared to other, similar carts. It is also very sturdy and seems well made. If you follow the instructions closely you shouldn't have an issue putting it together.

Item was missing parts, the instructions were not always clear and the predrilled holes were not complete.

Came well packaged. It takes an hour or so to set up, but the nice quality makes it worth your time. You can do it by yourself, but with two people it went quickly. The hardwood countertop looks great. Very happy with this purchase.

I was very surprised with the workmanship of this cabinet. It is sturdy and doesn't look cheap at all. It was very easy to put together. I am very pleased with this cart. I needed more storage and a place to put my microwave and this is perfect. The wood top is about 1 1/2" thick. Very pleasantly surprised.
