When sitting down, it pops LOUDLY like a firework. It'll do the same while your shifting your weight in the chair. I'm super underweight. So that's not the problem. It's worth no more than $100, but honestly I wouldn't pay more than $60 for this creaking, popping crap of a chair.

broke after 6 months. chair was comfy and supportive at first, but the base broke out of nowhere making the chair extremely wobbly and can’t be fixed. unacceptable for the price of it.

The arms are too long, making it so I can't scoot up to my desk close enough. I had to move my keyboardand mouse up at least 6 inches to reach them and the edges of my desk now dig into my elbows/forearms. The microfiber material also makes it look dirty. It is not comfortable. It's also uncomfortable: I only weight 100lbs and immediately all cushion just flattens and is hard. The lumbar support is too high and makes my back stick forward so I can't lean back all the way in the chair. I expected more for a Serta and the Price.

I recently re did my WFH area and purchased this new chair. It’s very comfortable and provides support. The assembly was easy and the color is as pictured.

Very comfortable. Not too difficult to put together. My chair did have a few stains on it though. It looked like maybe someone tried to put it together and changed their mind and got parts of it dirty.

Super comfy and soft !

I absolutely love the pink color on this chair, it’s so pretty in person. The fabric is super soft. Shipped really quickly. It feels really comfortable so far. And I have to sit in it for almost 8 hours for work. It was kind of a pain to put together though. The bottom part of the chair was easy to put together but the back part of the chair, was really hard to screw on, one of the screws doesn’t even go in all the way. But I don’t feel like taking apart the whole thing and go through the hassle of returning it. Overall, I love it and it is super heavy duty and good quality, other than the issue with the screw.

I love this office chair! I had been searching for the perfect pink office chair for MONTHS and I finally found it! It’s the perfect shade and super comfortable. And the price wasn’t outrageous like so many other office chairs can be.

The fabric is nicer than 'microfiber' and the pink color is a perfect pink. It's comfortable and was easy to put together.

I like that it's firm and comfortable at the same time. It's a sturdy and nice looking chair with easy instructions. Now everyone in the office wants one.
