Didn’t used to have as many fillers or other junk including “natural flavor”. The change happened a year or two ago and upset with the reformulation to an inferior product. Now it’s more watery, less flavor and less nutrition (vitamin D, I believe, was higher like 25%). Not happy they shouldn’t have changed it.

It’s great in baking, and smoothies and overnight oats. Hit or miss on coffee, it depends on the flavor of coffee on if it’s something I’d use. I’m dairy free and have enjoyed this alternative. I’ll mix this with oat milk or almond milk in recipes.

love love love macadamia milk. it’s much more eco friendly than almond milk, but they taste and feel identical! if you don’t have a macadamia nut allergy then i highly recommend it. i just wish it was a bit more affordable, but that’s the only thing i’d knock it for.

I had never tried this brand or macadamia milk at all, but I've loved other specialty nut milks like hazelnut milk so I figured this would be absolutely delicious. I'm sorely disappointed. The texture was watery thin when I poured it out, nothing like other nut milks. And when I tasted it, no surprise, it tasted very watery and had barely any flavor whatsoever. You may as well have handed me water with cloudy white vanilla extract in it. Horrible.

Barely any flavor compared to before and the texture is now very, very runny. Used to be my favorite because of the neutral taste but just not worth the cost for such poor quality.

I have been buying Milkadamia for over a year, so I would like to think my opinion is going to match others who drink these products. The blue Milkadamia that is plain and unsweetened doesn't have much vanilla flavor though it's on the ingredient list. The vanilla flavor in the Unsweetened Vanilla isn't artificial tasting to me and the vanilla flavor is noticeable, not too strong or too light. I use this in other drinks like plain whey protein powder to add flavor and not as the main milk. I also use this in a recipe like cake and hot cocoa to add the vanilla flavor which is lighter. I say the liquid is in-between thick and thin, so it was good enough to add to 6 ounces tea or coffee on it's own without a thicker milk.

I choose macadamia nut milk (Milkadamia) over Almond because it is healthier in regards to Omega 6 and inflammation. The unsweetened is low in carbohydrates too.
