While not full blackout, these panels will filter out some of the light and heat from coming into your room. The stylish and unique Cynthia Jacobean Light Filtering Window Curtain Set is sold by the pair, so you will receive two panels with each order. Each panel measures 52 inches wide, with a two-inch header. This style is available in multiple lengths. A three-inch rod pocket makes hanging these curtains a breeze. Simply slide them onto your curtain rod. You may also hang the curtains from your curtain rod with clip rings. Caring for this curtain set is very easy, as it is safe to machine wash and tumble dry. Colors are not as they look in the picture. There is no gold, it is tan and the blue is more ocean blue than teal.

I was looking for a lined curtain that provided privacy but wasn't a blackout drape. These are perfect for that. The fabric is soft and the pattern is very pretty. I've had a lot of compliments and a friend has already ordered a set for her house!

These curtains are very pretty, there is no denying that. The reason I give these curtains 3 stars is due to the craftsmanship. The panels are crooked, there is not straight edge, the hems curve when laid out flat. This makes doing any alterations for your windows difficult. The fabric easily snags and pulls when you are cutting it or pinning it to sew. For what you get, these curtains are way over priced. They are not room darkening at all and let a lot of light through. We will make due with them and will put up a darkening fabric behind them. If I had to buy them again, I would save my money and look for another option. I think I would just make my own curtains!

While these curtains are really pretty, they are in no way "darkening." I plan on getting actual darkening curtains to go in behind these curtains. Check out my pic to view how not dark these curtains are. There are even blinds behind those curtains and it's still that bright!
