Great long lasting liner, unfortunately too difficult to sharpen, even with the recommended sharpener. As you sharpen, point breaks. I used mine 4 times and nothing left of the pencil!

Eyeliner is great! Lasts longer than any other. But sharpening it is a nightmare. The first time I needed to sharpen it, using a recommended sharpener, I lost half the pencil.

I went online to see what I was doing wrong that the eyeliner wouldn't work. Then I found lots of other people with the same problem. Covergirl, I am very disappointed in you. What happened to your quality, this was a rip off of my money. I'm now concerned about ever buying a Covergirl product again.

I love how it glides on easily and stays in place for 12+ hours without any smudging below my eyes. It aint going anywhere and even my high quality eye make up remover works hard to remove it. The only annoyance is trying to sharpen the pencil without the eyeliner breaking off. I used 2 different sharpeners and can barely get a small point. The pencil's material is a indestructible plastic instead of wood :(

The eyeliner looks good on but it's difficult to put on, it's almost melting. It's too soft to sharpen so everyday you lose half the pencil. It also dries on your eyes and flakes get into my eye and bother me. Way too expensive for how long it lasts, sharpen it twice and it's already time to buy a new one.

Absolutely the worst eye pencil I ever bought. I bought it because I thought Covergirl was a good brand and would be a quality product. However, I was quickly disappointed to find that it easily crumbled. Had to sharpen it after every use and the wood was sharp and poked my eyelids when applying. Very pricey and had to throw away. Creamy eyeliners are nice but you must be able to apply them. This product does not meet my standards. It was also hard to twist in order to sharpen. Very disappointed!

I wish that I'd thought to read reviews before I purchased this product 2 weeks ago. The point just fell off about a week after I purchased it and there is nothing left to sharpen. I'm not sure anything is supposed to roll-up by turning the bottom of the device but NOTHING happens. Waste of money - in fact, I'd like a refund. I don't know if this is a defective item or just poorly designed.

I have the dark brown color. The pigment is great, it goes on smoothly, although it is hard for me to get a precise line. It does smudge with sweat as the day goes on. For the price, I think it is good. I'm on the fence about whether I'd buy it again. With so many choices out there, you might find one with a finer tip and more staying power.
