SKLZ Pro Bands MultiExercise Resistance Bands

This is a very sturdy band and has really helped me regain my pull-up and dip strength. The other bands on the market seem flimsy but you can tell this is high quality and isn't going to snap in my face. Highly recommend!

I'm a personal trainer who recently had a lung transplant. When i started to get sicker it was harder to do leg workouts but with these pro bands I was able to add resistance to my leg workout and keep up a good level of muscle mass. Also fantastic to use for warm ups and conditioning. 100% recommend

I moved back into the city and ended up getting a smaller place so I didnt have the room I used to for all my equipment. Resistance bands seemed the obvious choice but I had so much issues with all different kinds till I found out about pro bands. had mines a while and I must admit im pretty abusive with my equipment as a weight lifter and just in general practice I tie these things to anything I desire trees, bench's fences & they are still strong and haven't snapped. They worked for me as a complete Gym replacement for weight training & I love them I can now hang about my local park instead of hunkering up in the room & I dont have to pull out loads of equipment or head to the gym ever time I want to train. I really just didn't expect to get the pump as much as I did with these I went for a medium, Heavy & Extra Heavy. I will say one thing these bands are alot stronger than you think and you should probably go for the size down from what you think you can do. I certainly would not go near the extra heavy unless you are capable of benching around 80kg with good repetitions. (this my bracket I bench a bit more though I certainly use the extra heavy allot less than I would have thought) Id say they heavy is suitable for people who can bench around 40kg then the Medium is suitable for around 20kg. So don't go overboard otherwise you will be wasting your time and money because you cant even stretch the thing. One thing I do have a gripe about is you do have to change your technique. warping your hands round an elastic band compared to a firm handle is quite a culture shock specially on the medium one thats thinner than the heavy and extra and will roll around your hand alot.

I bought this band in a local sports authority out of curiosity. When I started to use it, I was so amazed on how many exercises you can do with it. It helps with stretches too. There is very little exercises you can't do with it. It's the perfect to total gym you can get for the money.

These are strong and versatile. I love using this one for some resistance training following my morning jog.
