It smells! I have an issue with makeup that has an odor and boy does this lipstick. I do like the color, Keep it Fun and the consistency but I can’t use it. I have an Ultimate stick one in Mauve and that is fine. That one didn’t come in a lighter color I wanted so I thought I’d try this one. The Utimate one ( which has turned out to be a favorite ) I could smell before I bought it but the way this one is packaged I couldn’t unfortunately.

I bought the shade Reach High, and I've already ordered like 3 other shades, because this formula is perfection! It goes on SO smooth, and then sets with little to no transfer (I kissed the back of my hand probably too many times testing this. Lol). Once it sets, you're not going to be able to rub your lips together like you would with a gloss, but it looks so smooth and doesn't leave your lips feeling overly dry, so that's not a problem! I LOVE the precision point with the flat edges. Perfect for lining and filling in your lips. Plus, it has a built in sharpener?! What?! This is my new favorite lip product!

I use it as a lip liner and the color is beautiful, live on the edge one, and I got a compliment once about it but it doesnt last at all. Within 30 minutes or less it'll be gone.

This is not a review of the product itself. This is about tampering. I have purchased beauty products multiple times that and when I go to use them I see they have been opened or used. This has happened at least 5-6 times. Today was the last time. I won't be buying anymore beauty products from Target. If you look at the questions related to this product a brand expert states that this lipstick comes with a tamper seal. I bought 2 shades of lipstick from different brands today. Both of them were opened.

tip of lipstick was broken off. No seal. And even if not unsealed and broken would not sharpen to a point as it was too soft and the sharpener was useless.

I received this lipstick, but unfortunately, it’s used and not new as I expected. There are clear signs of prior use, and the quality isn’t what I hoped for. The color is nice, but receiving a used product was disappointing. I was expecting a brand new item.
