Q: Are they supposed to be frozen until used, or just refrigerated? I ask because I froze ours for a month and then, after following the microwave reheat instructions, they were still frozen.
A: They are to stay frozen until being used, although microwave times vary per wattage

Q: I don't see how much sodium each serving???
A: if you click on the "label" information tab it lists ingredients and nutritional information. This applies to all grocery items on the website.

Q: Are there actually no grams of added sugar? I'm just wondering because one of the ingredients listed is sugar and I currently can't eat that. Thank you!
