So pretty!

Rugged feeling but once hung we had to add grip padding to make stable and secure.

Will not work at all if your wall is not 100% flush.

The mounting hardware is only 8 inches long. Why not make it 16” so the bar can be mounted to two studs? The L-bracket design lets the bar wobble easily when a knife is removed. The mounting hardware is aluminum and very thin. A screw was rusty as-received. For all these reasons I did not dare attach this product to my wall.

Bought the knife magnet and I like it alot. Looks very nice.

Block slides easily onto the hanging bar, but that is the problem. Block moves back and forth from the wall when you taking knives on/off. Can also easily slide left to right. Never had a knife block do this. Seems a bit dangerous based on what it's holding.

Very nice magnetic block. I will apply some mineral oil to bring out the color of the wood.

I am confused about how to hang it since no directions included, but amazed at the attraction of the metal knife to the board! The knife practically jumped out of my hand to the board. I recommend this product and am sure my daughter would love one for Christmas.

The wood is made of pretty good quality and seems like it might hold up well to moisture or even a little steam but the mounting hardware and magnet is absolute garbage. A carving knife can’t even be held straight without leaning, so I can’t imagine something heavy like a butcher knife or cleaver. It will suffice for steak, pairing or bread knives… if you have anything larger than that, expect them to be lopsided. Also the mounting hardware is straight up crap. I used the drywall anchors and got the bracket screwed in as tight as possible and there’s still a ridiculous amount of wobble. If the company wants to reach out and send me a “new and improved” mounting setup, I might consider upgrading this review to 4 stars but until then, I can’t recommend this product with inferior magnets and mounting hardware. Seriously, I wouldn’t be surprised if Command strips did a better job at securing this thing to wall.

We've had this in our kitchen for a few years, it is visually appealing, easy to install and works very well. Easy to clean and the right size for our kitchen. I would recommend it.

I’ve been really needing a place to put my knifes, neat and tidy off to the side. It’s very heavy and sturdy, and holds the knifes well in place.

This is my favorite thing in my kitchen. I have owned one for a number of years and we will be moving soon so it is the first thing I ordered to make sure I would have one in the new house as well. Many people who come to our home ask about it and want to get one.
