Q: I'm confused by the sizing. My daughter wears a 9 in toddler. I can't find any sort of chart that explains the sizes for the disney shoes. Can anyone help?

A: I'm confused too how hard is it to make a size chart your answers are just as confusing and figuring it out yourself. Size of shoe then inches of shoe not difficult spending time answering make chart

A: Hi Nancy, size 11/12 would fit a princess with a foot size of about 7 -7 1/4 in, a 13/1 would fit 7 5/8- 7 15/16 in.

I ordered these as a Christmas gift. They came loose in the box with other items I ordered. There was a black smudge/scuff mark on the toe of one boot when I opened the box. Although not a big mark, they are a little expensive in my opinion so I was disappointed. I was also disappointed that they were packaged better for shipping, especially since they were with other items.

I ordered this as a Christmas present for my toddler. I opened the box that it came in on Christmas Eve, so set out for Christmas Day. The white buttons are missing along the back of the shoes. One of the shoes was also dirty and there was a sticky substance on the inside. Too late to return, and my toddler will not care, so I’m keeping them. If I had time, I would have returned them.

This is our 3rd time buying these boots because she’s worn them for years and needs a bigger size. They are excellent quality and fit true to size (maybe a little on the narrow side). My daughter feels just like Elsa. I don’t spend $25 on children’s shoes so I usually wait for a good sale on them.

My daughter is IN LOVE with these. I did size up for longer use. Only cons are there was some accidental dark blue coloring (from the designs) on the toe and the sides have some tints of brown. I got them on sale though, so I won’t be exchanging. Mine did have the pearls on the back.
