My husband works as an HVAC technician. I bought this for the phosphorous. Would really love and promote this product if the food coloring could be removed.

Divsion 1 multi-sport athlete, national champion, Navy SEAL... have trained a lot and done difficult things. This is the gold standard if you're someone doing legitimately physically demanding work. But please get rid of the food coloring. No one should care what color their drink is... especially the demographic buying Pedialyte sport. Dumb. Otherwise, 5 stars.

Was using advanced plus ,but have switched to sport.i drink this to replace my electrolytes,but really bought it for my 9 yr old who trains muaythai.works better than anything else we've tried and we've tried alot.thnx for the great product..

I use this as a pre-workout because of its high electrolytes to low sugar ratio, but the plastic packaging waste is ridiculous. Put this powder in a plastic screw-top jar with a serving spoon. Or keep the individual servings but use paper packets instead of foil. Something. I can't buy this stuff with a clean conscience.

He has travel tournaments each weekend and the weather and sun are fickle and we never know what time we play. I can put this in water and get him hydrated easily.

I mainly stick to water, but every once in awhile I like to make sure my electrolytes are being replenished. Seems to do it's job for me, even though I know it's intended for kids. I'm just not a big fan of sports drinks, so this does the trick.

I have medical conditions that make it difficult to maintain proper hydration and I can not tolerate heat (but unfortunately live in the South). :-) I purchased these for the first time for a trip to Disney World and I feel like they saved my life one day in Epcot! I love the portability and the flavor is good to me. I used it again recently after overheating in a long line outside in the direct sunlight. Even after drinking two bottles of cold water, it was the third bottle with this packet that brought me back to life. Lol! I will be keeping packets in my car and purse just in case. I'm the farthest thing from an athlete, but I can vouch for feeling restored after using these. They are quite expensive relative to the number of packets received. That said, I use these as more of an emergency type thing and definitely not something to use daily or even weekly (in my case). I can also say (although I'm a huge advocate of calling for help when in distress), I genuinely feel like these saved me a EMS call when I was at Disney.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] First off, this was very hydrating. It provides tons of electrolytes. The flavor on the other hand wasn't great. It was very salty until halfway through the drink when my body adjusted.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] My perception of pedialyte over the years was it was meant for children. It had an abundance of sugar that kept me away from it. This is different. You can mix to taste, isn't overly sugary, and does a great job. Bonus, it cost considerably less than its competitors. I actually bought more! Great product with great health benefits if you're active and need to stay hydrated.

I mixed it, chilled it, and it had a strong taste to me. I think I need to exercise more to make it taste better. I have done that will another brand and it did taste better. This does contain sugralose and 7 grams of sugar.

It has all the electrolytes you need after a good workout or even just being in hot sun and sweating too much. I love the convenience of the packets I can take anywhere and keep one in my gym bag. My son loved them better than I did and said wasn’t salty to him.

I don't know that I can feel much difference in effect relative to more common sports drinks, but these certainly seem less sweet. certainly more exciting than just slamming water all day

I am a welder so I need something to keep me hydrated and to keep my electrolytes up. I liked the lemon lime flavor. Make sure to give it a really good shake to desolve it. I like that it has the key electrolytes for muscle recovery and support. I would recommend this product to my family and friends.
