Some of the screws were the wrong size. Luckily we had some that worked. We had our own wood glue for the dowels to help keep them in. Having to screw the from the bottom up was a little difficult. It looks fine now that's it's done but we had to improvise with our own tools and screws. Not a good thing.

Nice looking and sturdy piece, but...the assembly instructions are sooo vague and frustrating. I'm good with pictures as long as they are clear. If the parts were marked front/back and top/bottom it would have been a breeze. It took a while just to literally figure out which end was up. Also, what I thought were drawers are cabinets and the doors swing right and not left which is opposite of what I would expect, another reason the orientation of the parts was difficult. I considered returning it but once you get the parts out of the box, well, you know...
