  • A: Our sister brand, Thinx for All Leaks is specifically designed to tackle the pH and viscosity of bladder leaks, which is lower than that of menstrual flow. If you experience light incontinence and your period, Thinx for All Leaks would be your best bet to prevent all your leaks. We don't recommend using our period underwear to protect against bladder leaks.

  • A: A sign to switch out your pair would be any consistent dampness or if you notice your flow spreading to the seams. If your undies have not reached capacity, we recommend changing once per day as you would regular undies.

    In pregnancy last trimester, the bladder is not in full control. There is some pee leakage. I tried this undies and it really helped. No irritation or bad smell.

    First period was great. Very comfy. Wore for for at least 12 hours with no leaking. I switch between these and another brand so about 3-4 uses and would rinse in shower and air dry. Now I’m on my next period and I noticed leaking within the first 4 hours. Wouldn’t buy again.

    Leaks Within 4 Hours For Me

    I wore it to run my 10k race in the rain and it leaked between my thighs. I had it on for a total of maybe 4 hours (from the time I woke up to change my clothes to the time I completed my run and cooled down). I thought it might have been the rain that caused it to leak out, but after changing into a new pair, within 4 hours, it leaked again between my thighs! If I wear a pad with it then I don’t have this issue, but the point is to eliminate the need for pads. Maybe I’ll try changing it every 2 hours when I’m heavy. However, I just don’t know if this is convenient for me when I’m at work from 8 am - 4 pm. It’s really comfortable and easy to move around in. I can fit the large and XL, but large can be a little snug. I’m a size 10 and 12 for reference.

    These are great but not for heavy flow days. They work but it just depends on how heavy you are. When mine are leaky it’s because I’m heavy and they get moist in the side and I need to press toilet paper on each side to try to dry them.
