We bought 3 total and 2 wouldn't charge at all. Save your money. Fortunately, we were able to return them. I contacted the manufacturer, and they didn't even respond, and it has been a week.

Something happened to these. We’ve ordered at least one before and it worked great and continues to work great. We’ve ordered two recently and they’ve both been defective. It seems to be a problem with the batteries, but who knows. Don’t buy these; buy the Nerf Gelfire blasters. Target shouldn’t be selling these. It’s unethical.

I regret purchasing this. My son was so excited about it and had fun with it for 20 minutes before it died. We charged it fully again. It died again after 20 minutes. It will not hold a charge and so he barely got to use it.

Broken out of the box... twice

The first one had a part of the gearbox broken without even making a single shot; so, the blaster was only crushing gels. I reached out to the manufacturer but they said they cannot send parts separately and advised to exchange it with the store (I was going to fix it myself as I'm familiar with nerf/gel/airsoft/bb gun mechanics). So, I went ahead and did that. The second blaster shoots great; however, the battery won't last for more than 50 shots. In this case, I charged the blaster for appxoimately 2 hours out of the box until I saw green light. Then after the blaster is on, the white status LED lits up. After a few dozen of shots, the LED becomes red and starts slowly flashing. After, a couple more dozen shots, it starts to blink fast and the blaster stops shooting. I charged it again until green LED, which only required a couple minutes. Tried it once more but the result was the same. I guess, one of the cells in its 2S li-ion pack is bad. I will exchange it a third time.

Died after a day

The gun lasted one day. As recommended by the company, since it’s a new blaster I left it charging overnight. When I wake up the next day to try it out, i take it off the charger and it shot ONE round. After that it doesn’t shoot any, I not sure what happened, but the bad reviews were right about this one. Don’t recommend.

We have purchased two of these, neither one works properly. Both have to be plugged into the charger in order to fire. Do not recommend. The company responds quickly but you have to send them videos and all kinds of proof just for them to send you another defective one.

We bought 3 for Christmas. One didn’t charge, right out of the box so we never got to use it. Of the 2 that charged, only 1 had a halfway decent battery life (which was still only one round of amo). The other died and now won’t turn back on. You get what you pay for I guess.

Im begging you to not buy this. We had used it multiple times and it was fine. I should have known when it came with a fire proof bag to place it in, that was a red flag and to not use the toy. We placed it on the charger and started smelling fumes a few hours later, couldn’t figure out where it was coming from and finally realized this gun was leaking lithium battery fumes into our house for a whole day. Could have easily also started a fire. TERRIBLE design and danger to users.
