I personally find the Miami Spring Break flavor quite good and easy to drink. Definitely can tell when it has started to kick in each time; and if I'm not going hard enough on my workout, the tingling will let me know. Overall pleased with this product from a results standpoint, it gives me the edge I need.

I am not a coffee guy and to be honest I was worn out of the same fruit punch and lemonade flavors and this was a nice change of pace. Also it doesnt keep you "tweaked" the way some do that have way too much caffine.

It is effective! And the product’s claim of giving you “explosive energy” is accurate. The only downside is it takes a while to process through the body and the results are long lasting which can cause some late night insomnia.

He said Vapor X5 was easy to mix with water and tastes really good. BUT, his heart rate went up like crazy and he said he felt like he was about to have a heart attack. Not good! Pre workout powders are nothing new to him, he knows how he normally reacts to them but this is not good. Obviously he won’t be able to use this, because he doesn’t want to feel like this again. It might work for other people without having the side effects but it’s not for him.

The powder was easy to mix with water. No clumps and taste really fruity and tropical. It has this ingredient called Beta-Alanine. You can feel the itchiness as soon as you start drinking. If you never had pre workout before, be very careful. The effects can last even after your workout.

I really enjoy drinking it before working out because it provides me with a boost of energy and the taste is really good. I can do my workout and more, this is an amazing way to boost your energy and continue without feeling shaky. I personally recommend this flavor because it taste amazing.

However I sucked it up and drank it. It gave me bonus energy and I was digging the product and what it’s suppose todo. I rather tried the kind that doesn’t have flavor for my shakes in the Morning. If you like fruity flavor then you will love this!!!!!!! I highly suggest it. My husband liked it but he likes fruity stuff. I am willing to try a different flavor before I completely judge if this product is worth the complete purchase for myself.

I felt the need to drink plain water afterwards to try to get rid of the chalk taste. It did help me get through my workout when I was tired though! I added ice cubes to mine to make it colder, but overall I enjoyed it.
